Doug Fridsma is the current Head of Government Partnership at Datavant, a company dedicated to connecting the world's health data to improve patient outcomes. Doug is the former President and CEO of AMIA, and the former Chief Science Officer at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC). He is passionate about using health data to advance health and healthcare, creating interoperable health systems where data can flow seamlessly to where it is needed, and doing so in a way that is respectful of a patient's data privacy.
